Delyria are born in 2005 in Grosseto, Italy, taking their name from the work of director Michele Soavi.
The original lineup is made of musicians from different musical experiences such as thrash / death metal, hard rock, epic and black metal.
After a series of live performances in Tuscany, proposing songs in tribute to Chuck Schuldiner’s Death, they give birth to their first demo “At the wane of the sun” ,allowing people to notice their musical proposal. This is the real turning point of the band that manages to find its own sound with violent and fast songs that give great results on stage. This second work is greatly praised among the press and specialized blogs, managing to obtain the title of top demo on Metal Hammer, Metal Shock and Holy Metal and achieving high grades on many other webzines.
After two years treading the stages throughout Italy, often playing along with already famous groups such as Necrodeath, Dark Lunacy and Sadist, the Delyria decide to take the plunge, signing with SG Records for the first full length.

Energy that drives the group to enter Giancarlo Lucheroni’s Zenith Studios for the third album that will be completed in 2013 but never released due to a total revolution of the line up.
In 2015 the line up is reforged with Sam (vocals), Kyle (drums) and Riccardo (Bass), and the group decided to resume the work started some time ago with Regression in Mind.
